To enable dump files

  1. From the M3 Web Services management page, click on the Debug Settings link under Services.
  2. Select the checkbox next to Create dump file for SOAP messages.
  3. By default, no dump files are created for core services (MWS internal web services used by the M3 Web Services Designer) If you want to capture messages from core services, select the Include Core Services checkbox.
  4. Click Apply to enable dump files.

    Dump files will be listed under List of dump files.

    Note: Each time you restart the MWS Grid application, any dump files you created will be automatically removed from the system. If you want to save dump files, and move them to a new location on your system before you restart MWS.

    All messages will be captured in text files located on the Grid server in <GridInstallDir>\grid\<GridName>\applications\MWS\dumps.
