Viewing Join Table or Join Condition

Use this procedure to view the tables that are joined with the Index that your specified.

  1. In the Search Results tab specify an Index name, for example FSLEDG
  2. In Select Entity group, select Table.
    Note: If selected, you must clear the entity "Program".
  3. Click Search.

    A search result view shows the table details and a header Keywords: <Index> Search by <type> in: <selected MDP BE System>

    In the search result pane, under the column table name, the FSLEDG is listed.

  4. Click the FSLEDG link to view the table relations.

    The search result view shows the details of index FSLEDG. On the bar at the top, the "Join Table" and "Join Condition" options become available.

  5. On the bar at the top, click Table Index.

    The search result view shows a table list of related indexes. The View Join Table and View Join Condition links are available only for Index names ending in J0, J1, or J2.

    • The View Join Table link allows you to view tables joined with the Index name that you specified. The view shows the join table, description, and join table columns.

    • The View Join Condition link allows you to view tables with join conditions. A new seach window opens. The view shows the table name, index name, and join conditions from table, from column, and to column.

  6. Select an Index name from the list and click the View Join Table link.
