MDP BE System (Components and Text Search)

Component

This is a set of metadata information specifically for Market and Customer program information. Users can search for program in a Market or a Customer component of an M3 BE installation. The metadata information for this type of MDP BE System can be generated using LifeCycle Manager (LCM) and can be retrieved using MDP Client.

Text Search

This is a search feature that allows you to find keyword match in programs and view definition source code. There are three types of text Search: the Basic, Phrase, and Advanced. Each type is used for specific text search mode and the search result is displayed in MDP Client.
