Additional log information

Description To simplify troubleshooting, a log entry is added when the number of LCM Database connections is above 90. A log entry is created when uploading a product package that is older than the applied product package. LCM logs now contain information on the time and date a task is ran.

Enhanced M3 Tech CCSS functionality in LCM

Description A check is done when a product is installed. When there are available patches for the product, a message is shown recommending patch retrieval. A new feature to retrieve and apply all available fixes is also added in the retrieve fixes view.
