Uninstalling the Flat File Definition tool

Before you can uninstall an EC client tool, you must stop and exit the tool to uninstall.

  1. Access the Windows Control Panel window, select Programs and Features.
  2. Select IEC Flat File Definition Tool from the list of installed programs.
  3. Right-click > Uninstall.

    The Program and Features window is displayed.

  4. Click Yes.
Note: To complete the uninstallation process, manually search and delete the application data such as Flat File Definition, generated sample files (XML, Schema, flat), template files, and other files from the edit repository. See, the UnderEditFolder settings in the FlatFileGUIIni.xml file.
