Verify your registered IEC product version

Use these procedures to check whether your selected EC already has a fix or patch applied, and to display the version used.

  1. To verify through the list of registered components.
    1. Select Admin > Upload Products.

      The Manage Products UI is displayed.

    2. In the Registered Products list, select <EC application> <version>.

      The view shows a list of registered components.

    3. Check the list if it includes the .zip file for applied fix.
    4. Check the information in "Product package fix level".

      The view shows the fix type and version in the lower half of the page.

  2. To verify through EC Management page:
    1. Access EC Management page and click the About link.
    2. Check the application name and the version release number. The fifth number from the left is the fix patch release number.
