Retrieving a major upgrade of M3 Foundation

A major upgrade is included in a new M3 Core release and is downloaded from Infor Download Center. A major upgrade might contain changes to the foundation gar file or only changes to the LifeCycle Manager plugins or both.

If a new version of the foundation gar file is included in this release, a new product is registered in Manage Products.
