To access log files on environment level

  1. Navigate to main page>Log Files.
  2. Select log type from the list:
    Log type Description
    My Logs Displays dump log files connected to your user ID
    Node logs Node log files record the activities in each subsystem.
    Dumplogs Dump log files are created when jobs crash or unexpectedly quit.
    Deadlocks Deadlocks log files lists detected deadlocks and terminated programs.
    Timeouts Lists programs with transactions that could not obtain a lock.
    Requested Dumplogs Requested dump log files are initiated by a running M3 Business Enigine program.
    Vertex logs Vertex log files are only applicable if the environment is integrated to Vertex.
    All files Displays log files of all types.
  3. Click the Download link for a log file.
  4. Select Save to save the file to disk.
  5. Select a location to save the file to, and click Save.
