Configuring Smart Cache
The Smart Cache tool checks and handles the Smart Cache settings for a specific subsystem JVM, or globally for all JVMs. This tool is mainly used for debugging and diagnostic purposes.

To change Smart Cache settings for a specific JVM, navigate to main page> subsystem page>Tools>Smart Cache

To change the Smart Cache settings for all JVMs, navigate to main page>Tools>Smart Cache
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Disable | Click Disable to disable the Smart Cache. All database read operations are now performed against the database. |
| Enable | Click Enable to enable the Smart Cache. All database read operations now consult the Smart Cache before they are performed against the database. |
| Clear | Click Clear to clear the Smart Cache |
