Viewing and saving logs

Use this procedure to view and save the log file of a specific task.

  1. Log on to LifeCycle Manager.
  2. Select Window > Show > Logs.
  3. Double-click a row in the list. The log file for the task selected is displayed in a new window.
  4. If you want to save the log file, right-click the same row, and select any of these options:
    • Save as Text File

    • Save as Zip File

    • Save Support Package

    Note: Double-click a row in the list. The log file for the Save Support Package option is enabled only for tasks with errors.
