Initial configuration

By default, the installation of SAML Session Provider 1.14.x will set up one or two assertion consumer service endpoints in the configuration: one for the FQDN of the SAML router for the HTTP-POST binding and optionally one for the IP address of the SAML router if an IP address was provided during installation.

By default, the installation of SAML Session Provider 1.13.x will set up two to four assertion consumer service endpoints in the configuration: two for the FQDN of the SAML router (one for HTTP-POST and one for HTTP-Redirect), and two for the IP address of the SAML router if an IP address was provided during installation. Unfortunately, only one of these can be automatically set up in AD FS/InforSTS. If AD FS/InforSTS is used, the installation must therefore be completed with a manual step, as described in the installation procedure for the SAML Session Provider. See Add Assertion Consumer Service endpoint to AD FS or Add Assertion Consumer Service endpoint to InforSTS.

InforSTS does not support HTTP-Redirect binding as assertion consumer services endpoint. Any configured assertion consumer service using HTTP-Redirect should be removed from the SAML Session Provider configuration.
