Importing Trusted Certificates via the Configuration Manager
Imported CA certificates must be DER or Base64 encoded. This is necessary when grid clients have certificates signed by an external CA. The certificate of an external CA can be imported into the grid host SSL truststores to ensure that the grid hosts trust that Certificate Authority.
To import trusted certificates via the Configuration Manager
- In the Configuration Manager, click Security and then Certificates.
- For each host you wish to add the certificate to, click Manage Certificates and perform the following steps.
- Click Import Trusted Certificate.
- Browse for the certificate.
- Click Import Certificate.
- Click Import.
