Deleting a send channel

Note: You cannot delete a Routing object in use. Before you can delete a send channel, you must verify that it is not used in any Partner Agreement.
  1. In PA tool menu, select Manage > Communication. Click the Send tab.
  2. Select a send channel to delete.
  3. Verify the send channel name.

    If the name of a Send channel that you want to delete is equivalent to the value of the Routing object in an Agreement, this send channel is in use. You cannot delete a send channel that is in use.

  4. If the values are not equivalent, click Delete.
  5. Close and exit the application.
