Exporting Agreements

Use export to back up agreements, or agreement groups. You run export on multiple individual agreements, or agreement groups from Partner Admin tool to your selected folder location. See the trade.log file for activity details.

Multiple users can run export simultaneously.

Click the Agreement View tab. Select a folder from which to export agreements from.
Right-click and select Export Agreement group.
Browse to a folder location to contain your exported .agr file. Specify a new filename and click Save.

The Suggest Items to Override window is displayed.
Do these for the override values:

If there are items in the imported agreements that need override values:
1. Click Yes.
  
  The Suggest Items to Override window is displayed.
2. Under the "Is Override Required" column, select the checkbox for the items that need override values.
3. Under the "Suggest Override Value" column, define a string of values for this item.
4. Click OK.
  
  The Export Agreement Summary window is displayed.
If override is not required:
1. Click No.
  
  The Export Agreement Summary window is displayed. See Suggest Items to Override table.
Review the export summary information and click OK to continue.

Successfully exported agreements are shown as new .agr files on your selected location.

Export limitations

FTPScriptPollin and Data Translation are not supported.
Export does not include external scripts referenced by an ftp script file entry.
