Managing Existing Envelope

Use this procedure to change the name, description, and encoding of an existing envelope.

  1. On Partner Admin Tool menu, click Manage > Envelopes.
  2. Select an envelope.
  3. Perform any of these tasks:
    Task Steps
    To view
    1. Click View Template.
    2. In View envelope, the XML format content of the template is shown.

      See the figure below for content details.

    To edit
    1. Click Edit.
    2. In Edit existing envelope object, modify the Channel configuration, basic configuration, and Unique file name information.
    3. Click OK.
      Note: To change the envelope content, you must change the template file and import it using Select Template.

    To delete
    1. Click Delete.
    2. At the prompts, click Yes.
  4. Close and exit the application.
