Review Suggested Items to Override table
When importing agreements, you can view the Review Suggested Items to Override table. Each row in the table represents a property used by one or more agreements. The value of the property can be changed or retained.

| Override Value | Assumes the final value of a particular property |

Select Yes, then specify the override value. Select No, then the override value may be left blank. In this case, the default value assumes the final value of the property |
Guidelines for reviewing suggested overrides

Review Suggested Items to Override UI

| Filter items by types | Specifies a filter from the drop down list to view properties by type . To view all properties, choose the empty filter. |
| Search Keys | Performs a search on the property keys that are currently displayed in the override table. |
| Search Values | Performs a search on the property values that are currently displayed on the override table. |
| OK | Proceeds with importing agreements task and applies all property overrides that the agreement importer accepted. |
| Cancel | Proceeds with importing agreements task without applying property overrides. |
