Add/edit error processes

EC server error handling has priority on specific error processes tied to a particular process step over agreement-level error handling process step.

Use this procedure to tie a specific error process to a particular process step.

Add/edit error processes

  1. On the Agreement View tab, select an Agreement for the new error process.
  2. Right-click on a process step, select Add/edit error processes.

    The Add Error Process window is displayed.

  3. Right-click on a blank space in the Selected processes pane, select an error process to use.

    The Configuration window for your selected error process is displayed.

  4. Edit the error process and click OK.

    The view will show field definitions specific to your selected process.

  5. Click OK to go back to the Add Error Process window.

    The view shows the added error process in the Selected processes pane. In the Process groups and properties pane shows the details for this process.

  6. Click OK to go back to the Agreement View window.
  7. Click Save.
