Importing Agreements

Use import to create a copy of exported agreements or agreement groups. You run import on multiple individual agreements or agreement groups from a folder location into Partner Admin tool. See the trade.log file for activity details.

Before you can run import, you must create or select an API Connection from PA menu, Manage > Communication > API.

  1. Click the Agreement View tab.
    • To import agreements on group level, right-click on Partner Agreements header and select Import group.

    • To import agreements to specific groups, select an agreement folder within which to add agreements to, right-click and select Import Agreement/group.

  2. Browse to the folder containing the .agr file to import, select the file, then click Open.

The Review Suggested Items to Override window is displayed. For items that require override, "yes" is indicated under the "Is Override Required" column.

  3. Specify an override value for the item with "yes", or accept the default.

Note If an override is not required, you can choose to accept, change, or leave blank the Default value. If not changed, the default value is used as the final property value. See Review Suggested Items to Override table.
