Process steps

You add process steps in Agreement to create a complete process flow for messages in the Agreement. EC runs the process flow according to the order of defined process steps.

Here are the types of message handling process flow:

• The Regular process steps handle regular message process flow.

• The Error handling process steps handle errors encountered in regular process flow.

• The Applicable to both regular and error handling process steps handle errors for both regular and error handling process steps.
