Processing failed messages by Agreement
- Access the EC Management page, click the Message link.
- Click the Agreement Retry/Redetect Message link.

In the Partner Drill down tree view, select the Partner for the agreement and then select the Business or Technical failed message.
The view shows the total of number of failed messages.

Select a process action for all the messages in the selected Partner and in the Business or Technical messages:

Click Retry to reprocess failed messages from the point of stoppage, going forward.

Click Redetect to reprocess failed messages from the start.

- Click OK.
