Importing message

Use Import Message to add external files. Importing method adds messages one at a time. To send multiple messages, use an incoming channel.

You can import messages based on these instances:

  • To ensure that a test message submitted to the server is properly set during initial configuration.

  • To manage system memory usage by importing instead of transmitting through an incoming channel.

When a bad message is received, manually corrected, and then submitted again for processing a new message, the received messages must not be too large. The system memory buffers large messages during transmission.

  1. Access the EC Management page.
  2. Click the Communication link.

The default page opens to the Channel Control link.

  3. Click the Import Message link.
  4. In Import file field, browse to the folder location of the file to add.

The file to add contains messages to import.

  5. Click upload.

The view shows the status of sent message, file name, and UUID.
