Importing a custom agreement

You can import agreements with custom .agr files. Importing an agreement does not generate an .agr file, while exporting an agreement, generates an .agr file. When you export an agreement, you generate an .agr file. This contains the agreement that goes into the IEC database. If you import an agreement that requires custom jar/classes and it was not uploaded in the classes folder, you will get an import error.

The .agr file also contains other files, such as mappings and custom .jars and other files. For example, the program com.infor.main.version.ClassVersion().getClassVersion(); is not recognized by IEC. You must use a custom .jar that will have this function for the import to work.

  1. Upload the .agr file in the IEC installation folder in Program Files (x86) > EC 11.4.3.0 > Partner Admin > classes folder.
  2. Restart IEC Partner Admin Tool.
  3. Import the agreement.
If the required custom files and .jars were done correctly, the Import Agreement will automatically publish the mapping.
