Viewing message details

Use the Message Details view to show information about transaction from logs, archived files, and error reports.

  1. Access the EC Management page.
  2. Click the Message link.

    The default page displays the Status link.

  3. Perform a search by message.

    See Using message search and view filter.

  4. View the message details.

    Select a message to view and click the show link.

  5. View the message logs. Select an action to perform:

    • Click the Log icon to view the message content such as log, content file, error report, and manifest information.

    • Click the Save icon to download the information on the message detail window.

    You can use the scroll bar to navigate and pick up data from the server.
