Viewing Failed and In-Process messages

You can view recent message activity updates from the Overview tab under Message Counts. Use this feature to quickly view the failed and in-process messages without having to manually search for these messages.

  1. Go to Server > Overview tab.
  2. Click the highlighted number adjacent to Failed or In-Process.
    Clicking Failed will navigate you to Message > Retry/Redetect and show the failed message. Clicking In-Process will navigate you to Message > In-Process and show the highlighted message.
  3. Click show on the message that you want to open.
