Updating table indexes

Indexed data is usually kept up to date automatically. However, when an environment is updated with new data, for example when using the copy tool, you must first deactivate the table and wait until the table is ready before you can activate it again.

  1. In the Function Search management pages, click Searchable tables.
  2. To make the tables searchable, click Activate. Alternatively, to make the tables unsearchable, click Deactivate.
  3. Click Refresh to show the latest status. You can perform this action while an activation is ongoing.
