Selecting logging levels and components for a subsystem

You can select granularity and areas of interest by selecting log levels, components and enabling logging concepts. Enabling logging concepts

  1. Navigate to main page > Subsystem > Logging > Levels.
  2. To set the log levels and select components to log, select the corresponding check boxes.

    This table shows the descriptions of selected logging components:

    Components Description
    DB Trace 1 All database accesses, briefly described
    DB Trace 2 All database accesses, described in medium detail.
    DB Trace 3 All database accesses, described in full detail.
    LWS Trace Displays Lawson or M3 Web Services Framework trace information.
    DSP Trace Displays all DSP (Display) trace information.
    Enterprise Search Displays Enterprise Search trace information.
