Managing IFS credentials

IFS requires clients to authenticate to its services. To ensure continuous operation, the credentials configured in Grid must match the valid IFS credentials. Whenever the credentials are changed in the IFS server, Grid must be reconfigured with the same credentials.

In Grid, the credentials are configured for the services, Attributed Service for on-premises or Token Service for cloud.

  1. From Grid Management Pages, select Security > IFS.
  2. In the context of the applicable service, Attribute Service or Token Service, click Edit.
  3. Specify the current credentials.
    • For Attribute Service, specify the OAuth consumer key and secret key
    • For Token Service, specify the Client ID and the Client Secret
  4. Click Save.
