Channel resume tasks not working
Certain server performance issues can cause the communication channel's and buttons to stop working.
Note: In channel resume tasks, start and resume works properly when the system is in a good state. If your start and resume buttons stop working, it is because start and resume only works when the channel is paused.

Note: If the host is unavailable or has experienced a catastrophic failure, start and resume will not work as intended. You can solve this by restarting your server and addressing the existing host issues. Start and resume will work again once the host and performance issues have been resolved. The channel configuration must be valid for the channel operations to work properly.
