Converting the downloaded excel file format

You can download events list in .xls file format. When opening the file using Microsoft Excel, you can encounter the warning:

The file format and extension of filename do not match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, do not open it. Do you want to open it anyway?

Click Yes and open the file. To save the file in a format that does not show this warning when you open the file, you must convert the file into .xlsx format.

  1. Open the file.
  2. Click the File tab.
  3. Click Convert.
  4. Click OK.
