Creating a Send error process

Send error process is used for sending error message documents, when an error takes place during a Send process.

  1. Click the Error Processes tab.
  2. Click + and select Send.
  3. Specify this information:
    Document Type
    Select the document type. Options are BOD and ANY.
    Document
    If you select ANY as the document type, this field shows a list of documents that you can use for send as configured in the Enterprise Collaborator Configuration screen. If you select BOD, this field becomes disabled as the document must be set in the mapping or as a control property.
    Encoding
    Select the encoding to be used when sending a file. Only custom character encodings that are defined in the Enterprise Collaborator Configuration screen are displayed in the list.
  4. Click Add.
