Enabling LSP Direct for FBMs

Note: To download the data flows, you must have the M3BE-FndAdmin IFS security role.
  1. Download the data flows:
    1. In Infor M3, select Administration Tools > Cloud File Transfer Agent Administration.
    2. Click Download Contents.
    3. Select M3FBM_ION_Integration_to_LSP_XC and click Download.
    4. Extract M3FBM_XC_CustomNounData.zip and M3FBM_ XC_DocumentFlows.zip from M3FBM_ION_Integration_to_LSP_XC.
    5. Extract M3FBM_LSP_Direct.xml from M3FBM_XC_DataFlows.zip.
  2. Import the M3FBM_XC_CustomNounData.zip custom noun data from download.

  3. Import the data flows for LSP Direct:
    1. In ION Desk, select Connect > Data Flows.
    2. Click Import.
    3. Browse and select M3FBM_LSP_Direct.xml.
    4. Click OK.
      The connections, data flows, and file templates are imported from the file.
    5. Select Merge additional documents.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Ensure that the data flows are activated.

    The LSP Direct file connection point is referenced as Input and Output Location in the data flow. Check the list of existing connection points if a file connection point already exists for LSP Direct with a different file name. If applicable, replace the reference to an imported file connection point with a reference to an existing file connection point for LSP Direct.

  4. Verify the connection points and data flow for M3 and M3FBM.
