Changed since last activation

When you save an edited active custom rule in a started session, a star icon shows between the active status indicator and the custom indicator. This icon indicates that the rule has changed since its last activation. What you see is not the version of the rule that is used in runtime. A star icon is also displayed for the changed rule in the session tree. A star icon is displayed for started custom sessions if at least one of its active rules has changed since the last activation. When the rule is reactivated the changed since last activation indicator is removed. When a custom session is restarted, all of its changed rules are reactivated. The changed since last activation indicators in the session tree are then removed for the restarted session and all of its rules.

Note: If multiple users change the same rule, the rule's activation status may get out of sync. You may then get the message Rule Unsynchronized The rule has been edited by another user. Refresh the session tree to see the current activation state. Follow the instructions to get the correct changed since last activation indicators.
