Enabling Infor Document Management for FBMs

You can use Infor Document Management to archive and send invoices to the recipient’s email. Each mapping has a dedicated data flow that must be installed.

  1. Download M3FBM_ION_Integration_to_Country_<Country>.
    See Downloading the data flows for M3 FBMs.
  2. Extract IDM files from M3FBM_<Country>_IDM.zip.
    M3FBM_<Country>_IDMconfiguration.xml should be generic to all the FBM mappings for the same country.
    IDM is used for these FBMs:
    • M3FBM_DE_Out_eInvoicing_CII_2025 (M3FBM_DE_CII_IDM.xml)
    • M3FBM_DE_In_SupplierInvoices_UBL_2_1 (M3FBM_DE_In_SupplierInvoices.xml)
    • M3FBM_DE_In_SupplierInvoices_CII_2025 (M3FBM_DE_In_SupplierInvoices.xml)
