Moving a field in the list

  1. In the field list, select the field to move. You can select one or more fields to move at once. You can use the multi-select check box in the field list toolbar to select or clear all fields.
    Note: You cannot move the selected fields if both the first and the last fields in the list are selected.
  2. Click Move up or Move down. These buttons are only enabled you can move all selected fields up or down respectively.
