M3 Enterprise Collaborator Error

The M3 Enterprise Collaborator Error is an error severity level notification sent from IEC. These application events are sent when there is an error during message processing. For example, when a message consumes high heap or CPU or long duration, and it eventually terminates. You can filter these notifications at the Health Notifications page by selecting ERROR as the severity level.

These are the keys shown:

  • agreement: The name of the agreement used when message failure occurred
  • partner: The partner of the agreement used
  • publishedTime: The time when the event is sent to Health Event Publisher (HEP)
  • description: Usually contains the process where it failed such as detect, send, and XML transform
  • cause: Additional details of the error
  • uuid: The UUID of message that failed
