Electronic delivery note - e-Irsaliye
Requirement
In Turkey, it is required to submit an electronic delivery note and receive a success response from GIB prior to movement of the goods.
M3 Solution
The electronic delivery note is delivered by LSP. Standard BODs are created by M3 for deliveries or shipments. The BOD version that must be used for Turkey is ShipmentDelivery in order to utilize the delivery approval process as well.
For sales transport documentation (e-Irsaliye), electronic delivery notes are handled using LSP in this format: ePackingNote UBL-TR 1.2.1.
The ProcessShipment BOD will be used to handle the response files for electronic delivery notes generated using LSP. This updates the delivery in 'Delivery Approval. Open' (MWS418) using API MWS418MI. The response files will include data such as government receipt number and unique number, as provided by the tax authorities and third party, respectively. Connectivity to Intecon for the registration of the delivery notes is provided through LSP web services gateway.
