Configuring information before importing M3 Ad Hoc Reporting templates

Before importing the M3 Ad Hoc Reporting templates for the sales book and purchase book, you must define sorting orders for information in the reports and specify the report location.
  1. In ‘M3 File. Create Sorting Options’ (CRS021), create the sorting option X2 for table FVATIN, with these key fields:

    The FVATIN table is used to store VAT report details per customer and supplier invoice.

  2. Create the sorting option X3 for table FVATIN, with these key fields:

  3. To activate the new records, select them, then select Related > Activate or press Ctrl+20.
  4. In ‘Ad Hoc Report Location. Open’ (AHS010), define the report location ADHOC.
