Requirement

Reconciling open items and confirming them with the customer or supplier upon request are often required for accuracy or at the request of auditors.

M3 solution

A proposal function in M3 enables users to create an internal report or customer letter that shows the customer’s transactions.

User-defined texts for preface and postscript with an optional signature line can be defined.

Optionally, aging buckets can be printed on the statement.

In this country, the statement of account is mainly used for audit reasons. Aging buckets are usually not printed.
