Cash flow analysis for AR prepayments
Requirement
Prepayments considerably affect the cash flow situation. Prepayment requests, prepayments receipts, final invoices, and final payment requests are followed up with the cash flow model.
M3 solution
Prepayment requests are displayed on separate lines and, after they have been issued, they reduce the value of the customer order.
Prepayment receipts lower the prepayment request balance and increase the bank balance. Final invoices are reduced by the prepayments receipt.
Final prepayment requests are deducted from the invoice amount, and the receipts are deducted from the payment requests.
