Closing routines

Requirement

After a book has been closed, transactions in this book must not be processed.

Periods can be opened or closed for specific posting functions or preliminary modules.

After a period or a year has been closed, accounting transactions cannot be added to it.

Before a period or a year is opened, it is not available for accounting transactions.

After auditors have confirmed the results, year-end closing is used, and soft-closing accounting functions and modules are also used.
