Format of bank account numbers
Requirement
Countries and banks have different structures for bank account numbers.
Currently, the three major banks in the Philippines: Metro Bank, Bank of the Philippine Islands and BDO Unibank are classified with a SEPA Entry Readiness Certification.

The formats in this country for domestic and international bank accounts are supported by M3.
General configuration guidelines

Philippine National Bank (PNB): Account numbers are normally 12 digits long. LandBank: Account numbers are normally 10 or 16 digits long. Banco de Oro (BDO): Account numbers are normally 12 digits long. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI): Account numbers are 10 digits long. |
BRSTN (Bank Routing Symbol Transit Numbers) |
Numeric, 9 digits long. |
BIC (Bank Identification Code) |
Alphanumeric, 8 or 11 characters long. Examples: BOPIPHMM and BOPIPHMMTRY |
