Requirement

In this country, historically, customers expect to see an aging of their total debt per accounting period.

M3 solution

Customer statements can be printed with or without suitable aging rules and based on the invoice date or the due date.

In addition to the standard M3 statement layout, country-specific functionality includes a statement layout with three aging buckets per accounting period.

Configuration guidelines

CRS750 Settings - General Ledger Specify this information:
  • Aging heading fields 1, 2, and 3
  • Aging method
  • Aging period type
CRS470 Payment Forecast. Open Connection with Statement Rule.
CRS665 Statement Rule. Open Connection with Customer Master.
CRS610/K Customer. Open Set the Statement code field to 3-Statement with aging buckets.

In the Statement rule field, specify the statement rule.
