Further configuration guidelines to report electronically – transportation data reporting

MWS410	Delivery. Open Toolbox	The Delivery note number (DLIX) field is required. This information is used for the `<LocalTransportDocumentUID>` and `<LocalTransportDocumentNumber>` elements in the `<TransportDocument>` section. The Forwarding agent (FWNO) field in (MWS410/I) is required. This information is used for the `<Transporter>` element in the `<TransportDocument>` section. If the delivery is not connected to a shipment, you must specify this information manually. If the delivery is not connected to a shipment, then the External tracking number (ETRN) field is used for the `<IdentityOfTransportUnits>` element, which identifies the registration plate number of the vehicle or trailer in the `<TransportMean>` section. In the `<IdentityOfTransportUnits>` element, the value is prefixed with the number sign (#).
DRS110	Shipment. Open	The registration plate number is required. This information is retrieved from different fields, depending on whether the delivery is connected to a shipment or not. For deliveries that are connected to a shipment, set one of these fields: Transport identity – departure (E0B4) This information is used for the `<IdentityOfTransportUnits>` element in the `<TransportMean>` section. Transportation equipment (TRCA) If you have not set the Transport identity – departure field, set this field. This information is used for the `<IdentityOfTransportUnits>` element in the `<TransportMean>` section.
CRS116	Document Media. Open	Specify this information: Name Specify MBMEVENT. Interface Specify EVENTHUB. Media category Specify 06-MBM initiator. Host value Specify 1-Installation name.
CRS929	M3 Document. Connect Media	Add media MBMEVENT for document number 900-Delivery note and document variant 00.
CRS945	Std Document. Connect Media Ctrl Object	Create a record for document number 900-Delivery note and doc variant 00. Leave the Consignee and Final addr no. fields blank.
CRS949	Doc Media Control Object. Connect Media	To open this program, from (CRS945), select Related > Media. Create a connection to media MBMEVENT. Specify this information: Media Specify MBMEVENT. Service ID Specify *JOB. Receiver reference data 3 Specify LT-IVAZ. Note: For standard media management, the settings in the Media Control Selections section in ‘Output Service Selection. Open’ (MNS204) must be set to 3 for the printout (MMS480PF). Thus, information is retrieved from (CRS949).
