General ledger report
Requirement
The provision of a general ledger report, by an accounting system, is commonly required.
In this country, no specific format is required, but all transactions must be printed per account in date sequence. The opening balance and the closing balance must be printed. The voucher number and the date are also required.

The historic transaction report that is produced for each account identity shows this information:- Opening balance
- All transactions in accounting date sequence
- Closing balance
