Requirement

It has become more common that auditors and some governments require audit information in electronic formats. The global standard was originally set by the OECD with their SAF-T format. This original standard has been adopted and is being adjusted by tax authorities in many countries around the world.

The function "Financial Report.Specify" (RGS900) offers the flexibility to design financial reports dynamically, allowing for quicker solutions that can accommodate sudden legal changes or specific requirements that are not supported by pre-defined solutions. Users can configure and customize templates in RGS900 to meet their specific reporting needs.

Subsequently, the "Financial Report.Open" (RGS300) function utilizes these defined templates to generate financial reports based on the configured settings. This process enables users to generate accurate and tailored financial reports as per their requirements.
