Format of bank account numbers
Requirement
Countries and banks have different structures for bank account numbers.
The BIC is 8 to 11 characters long.

The formats in this country for domestic and international bank accounts are supported by M3.
General configuration guidelines
Format | Example |

Domestic bank account number |
Numeric, 20 digits long. Example: 2100 0418 45 0200051332 Normally, separators and blanks are not inserted in electronic messages. |
BBAN (basic bank account number) |
Numeric, 20 digits long. Example: 21000418450200051332 The first four digits are used for the bank identifier. The next four digits are used for the branch identifier. |
IBAN (international bank account number) |
Alphanumeric, 24 characters long. Example: ES9121000418450200051332 The first two characters are used for the country code. The next two digits are used for the check digit. |
