‘Customer. Open’ (CRS610)

The values of elements such as <Address>, <PostCode>, <Town>, <Province>, and <CountryCode> are taken from settings defined in ‘Customer. Open’ (CRS610), in case the address number is not defined for the customer order. Otherwise, these elements are taken from the customer address defined in ‘Customer. Connect Addresses’ (OIS002).

The name and address lines are used for the <CorporateName> element, wherein the default value is taken from the company name.

The address lines are used for the <Address> element. The default value is taken from the address lines 1 to 4.

This information is used for the <Town> element.

State ECAR

Required

This information is used for the <Province> element.

Postal code PONO

This information is used for the <PostCode> element.

Country CSCD

Required

This information is used for the <ResidenceTypeCode> and <CountryCode> elements.

If the CSCD field is set to ES, then the <ResidenceTypeCode> element is set to ‘R’, for a resident in Spain.

If the CSCD field is not set to ES, and the Intr/Extra stat (ECYN) field in (CRS045) is not set to 0, then the <ResidenceTypeCode> element is set to ‘U’, for a resident in other EU country.

If the CSCD is not set to ES, and the Intr/Extra stat (ECYN) field in (CRS045) is set to 0, then the <ResidenceTypeCode> element is set to ‘E’, for a foreigner.

VAT registration number VRNO

Required

This information is used for the <PersonTypeCode> and <TaxIdentificationNumber> elements.

If the value of the VRNO field starts with A,B,N or P, then the <PersonTypeCode> element is set to ‘J’, for a legal person. Otherwise, this element is set to F, for an individual.
