The address lines are used for the `<Address>` element. The default value is taken from the address lines 1 to 4. City	TOWN	Required This information is used for the `<Town>` element.
State	ECAR	Required This information is used for the `<Province>` element.
Postal code	PONO	Required This information is used for the `<PostCode>` element.
Country	CSCD	Required This information is used for the `<CountryCode>` element. This information is then converted to the country ISO code from ‘Country. Open’ (CRS045).
VAT registration number	VRNO	Required The VAT registration number includes the country code prefix. This information is used for the `<TaxIdentificationNumber>` element.
