Accounts receivable balance report
Requirement
The provision of a trial balance report over accounts receivable balances, by an accounting system, is commonly required.
In this country, the printing of an accounting trial balance report (Summen- und Saldenliste Debitoren) is not required by law, but a business practice. Trial balance reports are part of the financial period standard reporting.
M3 solution
For this purpose, the Accounts Receivable report shows this information for each customer:
- Opening balance
- Period balance
- Closing balance
A specific report shows this information per debit and credit:
- Opening balance
- Period balance
- Period movements
- Closing balance
Alternatively, this report can be user defined and produced using the M3 Financial Report Generator Module (RGR).
