Requirement

A standard format is required for the exchange of general ledger information.

M3 solution

Support for the preparation of SPED declaration is provided through the delivery of tables to be integrated to a third-party software, such as Mastersaf or Synchro.

For security reasons, the Infor M3 Cloud environment cannot be accessed by third-party software. Therefore, the required tables must be sent first from M3 to Infor Data Lake, then from Data Lake to the on-premises server. The SQL view can be used by third-party software to read data on the on-premises server. For data transfers from Data Lake to an on-premises server, two licensable features from Infor Operating Service are required:

• Infor Data Lake for external data transfers
• Infor data transfer and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool for data transfers from Data Lake to data warehouses
